Humidity Freeze Test:

This test scrutinizes the ability of PV modules to withstand harsh conditions involving high temperature and humidity, followed by sub-zero temperatures. The process entails 10 cycles oscillating between 85°C with 85% relative humidity and a bone-chilling -40°C.

Thermal Cycle Test:

Conducted according to the IEC 61215:2005 standard, the Thermal Cycle Test evaluates a PV module’s resilience against the impact of temperature stress. This rigorous examination transpires between temperatures of 85°C and -40°C, featuring a rapid change rate. The number of cycles ranges from 50 to 200.

Damp Heat Test:

The Damp Heat Test aims to gauge the impact of prolonged exposure to humidity penetration and high temperature. Executed by subjecting the panels to a temperature of 85°C ±2°C, coupled with a relative humidity of 85%, this uninterrupted cycle persists for 1000 hours.
