Features of the PCT Pressure Cooker Aging Test Chambers
The PCT Accelerated Aging Chamber is a steam generator using heating, in a closed steamer, in which the steam cannot overflow and the pressure keeps rising, so that the boiling point of the water keeps increasing and thus the temperature inside the pot also increases.It is used to test products and materials for their ability to withstand high humidity under severe temperature, saturated humidity (100% RH), saturated water vapour and pressure environments.
In the design phase of a product, defects and weaknesses can be quickly exposed, comparative tests, material ageing tests for various coatings, the resistance to pressure and air tightness of products can be tested.
Temperature range: 100℃ ~ 135℃, ( 143℃/160℃ is optional )
Humidity range: 100% RH (Saturated vapor humidity)
Pressure range: Relative pressure +0.0 Kg/c㎡~2.0 Kg/c㎡ ; (3.0/5.0 Kg/c㎡ is special standard)
