A thermal shock chamber is a method of alternately applying extremely hot and cold air to a product to test its durability and determine the breaking point. This method reduces the likelihood of failure. We rarely spend a day in the same temperature conditions. The same is true for products, materials and components that must withstand changes in environmental conditions.

Thermal shock testing simulates the extreme temperature changes that a product may face when it is actually in the hands of a customer. For example, a smartphone battery is subjected to shock when an electronic device is moved from a cold winter outdoor environment to a warm indoor space.

Or new energy electric vehicles and cars traveling in extreme cold and cold, heat and humidity.Or the temperature contrasts that an airplane component must endure, leaving an airport runway in 35℃  weather and then encountering minus -40℃ ~ -70℃ as it reaches maximum altitude.

To ensure that electronic equipment performs as it should during these changes, we as manufacturers must test it beforehand in a thermal shock test chamber.
